At TeraElite, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, please review our return policy:

1. Eligibility
   Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase (except underwear), provided they are unused and in original packaging.
2. Return Process
   To initiate a return, please contact us at support@teraelite.com with your order number. We will provide instructions for returning your item.
3. Refunds
   Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
4. Shipping Costs
   Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective or incorrect items.
